Dominant Energy Inc. d/b/a BlipPay (“BlipPay,” “we” and “us”) takes your privacy seriously. Please read this Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) to learn how we treat your personal data when you access and use the BlipPay Mobile Application and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using or accessing our Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined below, and you agree with us collecting, using, and sharing your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of its terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Please remember that your use of BlipPay’s Services is at all times subject to our Terms of Use. Any terms we use in this Privacy Policy without defining them have the definitions given to them in the Terms of Use.

This Privacy Policy covers how we treat Personal Data that we gather when you access or use our Services. “Personal Data” means any information that identifies or makes identifiable a particular individual. Like most mobile applications, we automatically receive standard technical information when you connect with the Services. We collect this information through mobile device identifiers, app analytics tools, web beacons, and similar technologies. These features enable us to personalize your experience with the Services, understand how you use them, and improve and further develop the Services. Information we collect automatically may include:

• Device Information such as unique device identifiers, mobile phone carrier, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses (which may identify your general geographic location), operating system, device type/version, and app version

• App Usage Data such as the nature and type of interactions you have within the BlipPay Mobile Application

• Geolocation Data if you enable location tracking on your device

b) Information Obtained Through Inferences

We may create user preference profiles based on your interactions with the Services. These inferences help us improve the user experience by tailoring features, recommendations, and content to your preferences.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use Your Data to provide the Services to you and to operate our business. This includes:

• Providing Service Functionality: Delivering app features, customer support, account management, and notifications.

• Analyzing and Improving the App: Aggregating and analyzing data to enhance functionality and detect issues.

• Marketing (Opt-in Required): If you provide your contact information and opt-in to receive communications, we may send you updates about new features, promotions, or offers. You can unsubscribe anytime.

BlipPay does not sell Your Data to third parties.

a) Your Account

b) Marketing Communications

You can manage email and notification preferences by adjusting your settings within the BlipPay Mobile Application or clicking “Unsubscribe” in our marketing emails.

c) Cookies and Tracking Technologies

BlipPay may use cookies and tracking technologies. You can modify your mobile device settings to limit tracking or disable cookies, but doing so may affect the app’s functionality.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect Your Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, and misuse. However, no system is 100% secure. Users should take precautions such as using strong passwords and enabling multi-factor authentication where available.

7. Personal Data of Children

BlipPay does not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from children under 18 years of age. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided Personal Data, we will delete it. If you believe a child has used our Services, please contact us at infra@dominantstrategies.io.

8. International Data Transfers

BlipPay is operated in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer of your data to the U.S. and its processing under U.S. laws.
